01

Who We Are

WearHouse ("we", "us", "our") is a personal wardrobe analytics application operated by its creators. Our service is available at wearhouse.austudio.dev. If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, you may contact us via the information provided at the end of this document. This Policy applies to all users of the Service located anywhere in the world, with specific provisions for residents of Quebec and the European Economic Area where applicable.

02

What Data We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the Service. This includes: your email address, used solely for authentication via magic link; wardrobe data you enter, including item names, categories, purchase prices, and wear logs; photographs you upload of clothing items; and technical data such as IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically when you use the Service. We do not collect payment information, government identifiers, or sensitive personal categories beyond what you voluntarily provide.

03

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to: provide and maintain the Service, including cost-per-wear calculations and outfit logging; authenticate your identity via magic link emails; improve the reliability and performance of the Service; and respond to support requests. We do not use your data to serve advertisements, build marketing profiles, or train AI models. Any AI-powered features (such as closet scanning) process your images transiently to return results and do not retain image data for model training.

04

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase-managed infrastructure, with servers located in the United States. We apply row-level security policies to ensure that your data is accessible only to you. Uploaded images are stored in a private, access-controlled storage bucket. We implement industry-standard security measures, but no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

05

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate WearHouse: Supabase (authentication, database, and file storage); Vercel (application hosting and deployment); Cloudflare (DNS and network security); and Anthropic's Claude API (AI-powered image analysis features, where applicable). Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and data processing practices. We share only the minimum data necessary with each provider to perform their function.

06

Cookies & Analytics

WearHouse uses session cookies necessary for authentication and to maintain your logged-in state. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns (e.g., pages visited, feature usage). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so will prevent you from logging in to the Service.

07

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account through the account settings page, all associated data — including your email address, wardrobe items, outfit logs, and uploaded images — is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated usage data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained indefinitely for service improvement purposes.

08

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; restrict or object to certain processing; and receive a copy of your data in a portable format. Residents of Quebec have rights under the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25). Residents of the EEA have rights under the GDPR. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information below.

09

Children's Privacy

WearHouse is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us and we will promptly delete the relevant data.

10

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will notify you via email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
