01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WearHouse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

02

Description of Service

WearHouse is a personal wardrobe analytics application that allows you to catalog clothing items, log outfits, and track cost-per-wear data. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice.

03

Account & Authentication

Access to the Service requires authentication via a magic link sent to your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

04

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to WearHouse, including photographs, item descriptions, and wardrobe data. By uploading content, you grant WearHouse a limited license to store and display that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell, share, or use your personal wardrobe data for advertising or third-party purposes.

05

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose; to upload content that infringes third-party rights; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure; to interfere with the proper operation of the Service; or to use automated means to access or scrape the Service without our express written consent.

06

Intellectual Property

All design, code, branding, and non-user content comprising WearHouse is the exclusive property of its creators and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use the WearHouse name, logo, or any other proprietary materials without express written permission.

07

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Cost-per-wear calculations and analytics are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as financial advice.

08

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WearHouse and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

09

Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the account settings page, which will permanently remove your data from our systems. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
